#PROREGION - PROLINE wins the Regional Entrepreneurship Award
Small and medium-sized (SMEs) companies are the backbone of the German economy. Brought to life 12 years ago in order to honour regional companies for their achievements, the “Regionale Gründerpreise 2018” (Regional Entrepreneurship Award) were now awarded in the following categories “student”, “start-up”, “achiever”, “creative corporate achievement”, “succession plan” and “life’s work” with an official ceremony at the headquarter of Sparkasse Koblenz on September, the 20th.
The award is issued by the savings bank Sparkasse Koblenz, Handwerkskammer Koblenz (HWK – Chamber of craftsmanship Koblenz), Industrie- und Handelskammer Koblenz (IHK – Chamber of commerce and industry Koblenz), the regional newspaper Rhein-Zeitung, the junior business association Wirtschaftsjunioren Mittelrhein, the radio station Radio RPR and the TV station TV Mittelrhein. It is awarded to outstanding companies and entrepreneurs of the region for their exemplary achievements in the development of innovative and sustainable business ideas and for setting up new companies. Another objective is to promote a positive start-up climate in the region and to trigger entrepreneurship and self-employment.
The special award “creative corporate achievement” honours entrepreneurs and companies who have mastered a special challenge in an extraordinary way. This year, the award goes to Karl-Heinz Fiedler of Proline Systems. Burkhard Nauroth, First District Councillor of the Mayen-Koblenz district held the laudation. The majority of the jury was particularly impressed with the innovative capacity as well as the strong and successful international orientation of the company. PROLINE is very excited about this award and motivated to continue working on the development of real innovations for your everyday working life.
